Log in to your account and upload your package details — including the invoice and tracking number. This helps us process your package quickly and avoid delays.

Step 4: Await Notification of Package Arrival

Once your shipment arrives at our U.S. warehouse and is processed, and we have received the invoice and tracking number, our team will forward your invoice once the package arrives in Nassau. At that point your package will be ready for payment and collection.

Step 5: Schedule Pickup

After receiving your invoice, you will receive a link to schedule your pickup. Don’t worry – just choose the time that works best for you to collect your package from the ESC Shipping Hub. Remember, no long waits — just fast and reliable service.

Our Policy

ESC Shipping & Transport will **not accept or transport any illegal items, contraband, or shipments intended for smuggling**.

*TELEVISIONS
Due to the delicate nature of these items, ESC Shipping shall not be liable for any damages to TVs as damages cannot be conclusively attributed to a specific point during transit. Televisions are shipped at the shipper’s own risk.

Refund Policy

*Customers must report a lost item within 30 days from the delivery date

*To be eligible for a refund, customers must be able to show proof of delivery signed by one of our warehouse representatives.

*In the event of a loss, ESC Shipping is not responsible for reimbursing any discounts, coupons, reward points or any other promotional values applied to a purchase. Only the amount paid will be eligible for reimbursement. 

*After a loss has been reported, ESC Shipping will conduct a review which may take up to 10 business days for processing. Once the review is completed, approved refunds will be issued within 7 days via the original payment method.

*We are not responsible for any items that are delivered to the incorrect address or for shipments missing essential delivery details such as suite or unit numbers
